2) Allot Time for Survey  
Surveys can be as short as 3 minutes or as long as 2 hours, it usually will state how long in the email they send you.
 
3) Understand Registration  
Registering for survey sites can be a long & tedious process, but if you don't register, you don't get surveys, so no rewards.  It also does not hurt to register for as many as you possibly can.
 
4) Complete Profiles  
Sometimes when you register with a survey site there will be either a couple of questionnaires or profile surveys, which have to be completed, if you want to receive surveys that fit your own demographic.
 
5) Patience Brings Rewards  
At first you may think that completing surveys is a complete waste of time, but consider this.  For every survey you qualify for and complete, there will be some sort of compensation.  Let's say you complete about three in one week, well you should average a return of about $5/week.  Don't forget that the return can raise dramatically just for doing two or more surveys.

It seems that things take longer than they should, especially when you are about to lose your residence or you don't have the money to pay any bills.  Well as it turns out, most of the organizations who give assistance in some way, will also make sure nothing horrible happens to you during that transition period.

 
2. Lots of Paperwork  

There is not one good thing about it, the paperwork that goes into getting help. Nevermind the  fact that keeping things straight is not easy. Get a  folder and label it something, then take all of your important docs., lease, mortgage info, past due notices, id, then make copies and keep it all for your appointments.

 
3. Always Call First  

One of the biggest mistakes that most people make when trying to get help, is that they just don't call first.  Then they go up there at some random time and expect everyone up there to stop what they are doing and help them. This is poor practice and you should avoid it if at all possible. Some organizations have certain procedures that do ask you to come on a first served basis, still call.

 
4. Always Ask First  
Real simple, just ask what you need to bring, so you dont have to leave when you get there.

Get yourself an account with Office Live Small Business and setup your email account and your custom domain name that fits with what you are trying to do.

Next, take a look around at the template site that comes with every new account and take note of what you could use for your site.
 
6)  
Design a book.  Basically, take a few pages of notebook paper and design the layout for each one of your pages that you need for your site. Remember less is more.
 
7)  
Implement design structure into office live site by adding or deleting pages and then taking your design to the next level with the advanced features of office live.
 
8)  
Want flash on your site?  Just go to google and type in "flash office live." a few results will pop up.  Do the same search for everything else you’re trying to do with your site.
 
9)  
Most people get bogged down because they think that some of what they need is not capable with office live.  Not true at all, if you can think it, then it probably has been  thought about and done before.

After you get your pages set up, go and see what you have accomplished, share with friends and run a website grader report and use some suggestions. Craigslist Guide

 

1)  
Search craigslist for similar items, if other people are selling the same item, it is more likely that people are looking to buy those things on craigslist. You can even email other sellers of similar items and ask them if their item has sold or if they have had any prospects. (Make sure to tell the seller you are trying to sell an item, don’t make them think you are a prospective buyer.) Remember that just because there aren’t other items listed similar to yours that your item won’t sell!
 
2)  
Consider any wear or damage when pricing, because a good price is important. If you don’t know how much an item is worth then search for the item via Google shopping or eBay to get an idea of how much it is worth.
 
3)  
A descriptive eye catching header is extremely important; if your item is new, good or perfect condition, make sure you add it to your header.
 
4)  
If you have a digital camera, then add a picture, because people want to see what they are buying. If you don’t have access to a camera, then look up a photo of your item with Google images. (Make sure to note in your ad that the picture isn’t the exact item you are selling, it is just so buyers have an idea of what it looks like.)
 
5)  
If you aren't getting any feedback from your ad, then review it and change the header, description, or price. Remember that you can repost your ad after 48 hours and this is important to do, so your ad stays close to the top.
 
6)  
Never meet a buyer at home, it just isn’t safe! If you live in an apartment complex and your item is big it would be acceptable to meet them outside, but never let them in your house or give them your apartment number. The best places to meet are crowded shopping centers or in front of busy grocery stores. Also, don’t meet buyers alone, always bring a friend to meetings, and meet during the day when it is light outside.
 
7)  
Some items will sell in a day and others can take a month or more, so don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t sell right away. If it isn’t selling quick enough, lowering the price is always a good way to speed it up and if it hasn’t sold in a month or two it might not sell on craigslist, some just  don’t. Give it a month and then try eBay, Amazon or Etsy.com.
